Refund policy

Customers may only purchase or order items for non-commercial and lawful purposes and any other use is not permitted. Customers agree to all charges noted herein as payable by the customer. You must be 18 or older to purchase from the website. Any items purchased on this website will not be delivered to an address outside of Canada.

ProSafe Training may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and availability of items. All prices on this website are in Canadian dollars and will be processed in Canadian dollars. ProSafe Training will not pass ownership or title of any product or order until payment has been received in full.

ProSafe Training reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items for purchase through this website. ProSafe Training will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly and efficiently as possible and within time periods indicated; however, ProSafe will not be responsible for any delivery delays beyond the control of ProSafe and will notify the customer of any delays as soon as possible. ProSafe Training will provide shipment tracking information when applicable and ProSafe is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


First Aid Kit Refunds
Due to the nature of our first aid products, we cannot accept returns. Once the first aid kit has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee the safety and quality of the products if they were to be returned. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds.

 

AED Refunds
AED returns to ProSafe Training will not be accepted after 30 days of invoice date. Any returns of product to ProSafe Training must be approved of our distributor,  Rescue 7 Inc. and will be subject to inspection by Rescue 7 Inc. that the product was not opened, utilized, or damaged in order for the customer to receive a refund. ProSafe Training reserves the right to deny customers of a refund for any reason. ProSafe Training will apply a twenty percent (20%) re-stocking fee to all returned orders.
